Keith Vibert

Keith Vibert graduated from the Entrepreneurship Program at Central Connecticut State University School of Business. Since 2010, he has been the owner and operator of Mondo, a restaurant located in Middletown, CT.

Born and raised in Farmington, CT, Mr. Vibert currently lives there with his wife and three children. Apart from managing his business, he actively volunteers for Farmington's municipal government. He served on the Farmington Plan and Zoning Commission from 2019 to 2021 and has been an elected member of Farmington's Town Council since 2021.
