Everything but the kitchen sink

Posted on by Kolbe

A man in Seattle went to a local Subway and was looking for something not on the menu. The story goes as follows; a man and his family walk into a Subway (if you think this sounds like a joke now, just keep reading). The man walks into the bathroom while his wife orders their meals. After some time his wife knocks on the bathroom door to see what is taking so long. The family decides to leave without him (odd, but I suppose you can’t wait forever). Shortly after the family leaves the restaurant, the man runs out of the bathroom with a plastic garbage bag slung over his shoulder. The Subway employees go to check the bathroom, they find the sink stuffed with paper towels and the water running (a la the Wet Bandits), and, wait for it…the toilet was missing!!! This man stole a toilet from a Subway. I can’t really even begin to hypothesize about what would motivate such a crime. Maybe his toilet at home was broken and he couldn’t afford a new one? I’d rather like to think that he and his family were on vacation in Seattle, and he likes to collect a toilet from every city they travel to.
