Wedding Season

Summer is here and that means wedding season is upon us. One newlywed couple got married and left their home in New York for their honeymoon. Before they left they remembered that they had no plan for their car. The issue is the street the couple lives on has alternate side of the road parking on particular days of the week, and they had no way to move their car while away. The need for a quick solution led them to toss up this Hail Mary; they decided to just leave a pleasant note politely asking the parking enforcers to have mercy on them. They asked that they not tow their car. The note explained the situation and stated they would be glad to pay any fines incurred, but asked that they not tow the car as a wedding gift. We’ll have to wait and find out how this plays out for the couple. It’s a bold move, we’ll give them that.
