David A. Lee

Mr. Lee retired in 2017 after serving 22 years as General Manager of CTtransit which operates the State-owned bus systems serving the greater Hartford, New Haven, and Stamford areas.  He also served as regional Vice President for First Transit which manages transit operations for municipalities throughout North America.

Mr. Lee currently works as a consultant to First Transit and as Senior Business Transit Advisor in the Connecticut office of AECOM, an international engineering and consulting firm.  He is also co-presenter of a course on Transportation Planning Process for the National Transit Institute at Rutgers University.
